Your Nutrition Course Week 1

After establishing the basic goals of your nutrition course, you will focus on EXERCISE during the first week. You will learn how to fill out a food diary log, including your exercise schedule and calories burned. Throughout the course you will keep a FOOD DIARY, which you will complete daily and you will gradually learn how to add more details.

Your Nutrition Course Week 2

During your second session you will learn all about a healthy diet, nutrients and the Olympics of Nutrition.
Bring 4 food packages of things you like to eat and we will learn how to decipher food labels

Your Nutrition Course Week 3

During this session Anna will come to your house to be the fridge and pantry sleuth. By looking at the foods you store we continue to learn about good healthy eating habits.
During this session, you will use the measuring cups, spoon and scale that came with your toolbox to determine exactly how much you eat instead of estimating the quantities.

Your Nutrition Course Week 4

Equipped with a grocery list we will go to your favorite Supermarket. By strolling through the isles, you will learn to make the better food choices, to understand label claims such as "low", "reduced", and "light".
Based on the information in your 4-week food diary, your nutritionist will then provide you with a daily meal that will help you to reach your ultimate goal.
